A modern, adaptable solution was required to align with its regenerative tourism vision.

Solution:
Powered by PERS, the Eco-Community WebApp transforms guest engagement by connecting the resort’s app with a phygital rewards system. Visitors earn and redeem eco points for sustainable actions, direct bookings, and purchases, fostering community-driven tourism. A portion of every eco point purchase funds local sustainability projects, creating a shared-value circular economy, while guests earn rewards through conservation activities, turning sustainability into an interactive, purpose-driven experience.

Challenge:
Fox House, a medieval Casa Rural in the Catalan Pyrenees, struggled with digital visibility, making it difficult to attract visitors to its breathtaking but largely undiscovered region. Without advanced digital tools, showcasing its unique offerings and engaging a global audience was a challenge.

Solution:
Fox House’s INSPIRAVISTA, powered by PERS, merges technology and creativity to drive sustainable tourism. Visitors earn rewards for engaging with Fox House and the local community—scanning QR codes, checking in via GPS, leaving reviews, and booking directly. Curated by artist Harry Yeff, its Artist-in-Residence Program features NFT-linked geolocated art, transforming the landscape into an open-air gallery. INSPIRAVISTA boosts visibility, supports local businesses, and creates an immersive, gamified travel experience.

Challenge:
As part of the Blockathon StarTechTour, the Smart Catalunya Pilot was launched to explore how blockchain can enhance sustainable tourism. Selected alongside Bloock and ESELEOS, eXplorins developed the WebService to test new technology-driven approaches to conscious travel in Catalonia.

Solution:
The Smart Catalunya App uses blockchain-powered gratitude tokens to reward visitors for engaging with sustainable businesses. By scanning QR codes, travelers earn tokens to book eco-friendly experiences, making sustainability seamless and rewarding. Led by the Agència Catalana de Turisme, the pilot supports local businesses, reduces tourism’s carbon footprint, and promotes responsible travel—laying the foundation for a future where every sustainable action has a direct, positive impact.

Challenge:
Migrants and newcomers in Catalonia face language barriers that limit access to services, jobs, and social integration. Traditional courses often lack practical application, making real-life communication difficult. The UGT tackles this with a socially-driven mission: to foster integration, inclusion, and equal opportunity through accessible, real-world language learning.

Solution:
Situa’t i Practica el Català, powered by PERS, gamifies Catalan language learning through a phygital WebApp. Learners explore their city while completing challenges in five key areas: Public Services, Education, Commerce, Employment, and Health. Each place is placed in a interactive map, and each one includes quizzes and voice recordings, allowing learners to apply Catalan in real-life contexts.

As users complete tasks, they earn digital stamps and unlock rewards, turning language learning into an engaging and motivating experience. All data is tracked automatically, enabling educators to monitor progress. Situa’t bridges the gap between classroom and community, promoting inclusion, confidence, and everyday communication skills through a tech-for-good approach.

Zorbabook, a platform promoting authentic travel in Greece, wanted to evolve into a loyalty-powered ecosystem that supports responsible tourism. The aim: reward conscious travelers while uplifting local businesses and preserving cultural heritage.

Solution:
Together with eXplorins, Zorbabook launched Responsible Explorer, Greece’s first loyalty WebApp for responsible tourism. Built on the PERS engine, the platform allows travelers to earn “RE Points” by scanning QR codes at partner locations or making mindful purchases through Zorbabook’s e-commerce. These interactions are powered by SaaS PERS’ flexible architecture, which connects seamlessly with external systems, like online shops or GPS triggers, linking real-world behavior to digital engagement. This enables Zorbabook to reward sustainable actions such as booking local stays, supporting artisans, or visiting cultural landmarks, all within a smooth, mobile-first experience.
